So a 3 MB lcl/lazarus application is bigger than a .Net framework? I
know a lot of computers neither having 1.1, 2.0 or 3.x installed
including mine. BTW: Why unstripped? Does he always deliever his
applications with debug info included?

Then he continues about server applications like cgi. What the hell has
an lcl appliction to do with server applications? A command line hello
world is 27k on win32. FPC programs consume less than programs written
in any other language:
<http://shootout.alioth.debian.org/gp4/benchmark.php?test=all&lang=all&calc=Calculate&xfullcpu=0&xmem=1>
FPC applications start faster than anything else
<http://shootout.alioth.debian.org/gp4/benchmark.php?test=hello&lang=all>
So what is his point about server applications?

Then I stopped reading because the logic is below anything I've seen before.
