[fpc-devel] Patch for streams

Hello,

Attached is a patch for streams made after my suggestion. There are
three files in archive, one patches rtl, another one is for fcl, and
the third one is for documentation (classes.xml).
Hope I had not missed any stream. However, streams from fcl/iostream.pp and
TGZFileStream are left out because their direction depends on internal
state.
