I agree. For the rest some clarification:

A hasty/late inclusion can work counterproductive, because if some prob is
found that generally requires people to update , this means they have to
deinstall the old one manually too, instead of just installing, with all
risks (left behind ppu's) etc.

Therefore: Only include something in releases if it is usuable for the
coming 6-9 months without updating.
