[fpc-devel] 3rd patch fp2html

Here's a new patch for fp2html.

Changes are:
  - changed parameter interpretation to getopts version
  - delete SplitName function
  - delete ESpace function
  - fixed closing template filehandle template file
  - added show helper function for verbosity
  - fixed -O option
  - improved helpscreen
  - output to other directory
  - added recursive directories search option
  - removed casesensitivity on filenames
  - removed string size for filenames
  - improved error messages

I'm still planning to do the following;

- implement variables for .fp files instead of templates only
