[fpc-devel] Patch for bug #4641

This isn't exactly a patch but a changed errors.pp file.

It's for all BSDs (AFAIK, it seems even darwin has errors this way) so 
someone from rtl maintainers needs to decide how to split errors.pp (the 
current one in rtl/unix is Linux specific)
