[fpc-devel] Fix for ExtractStrings

Hi all,

the attached patch fixes ExtractStrings so that is does not ignore the
last part of the parsed string.

ie: with seperator ';' the string 'test1;test2;test3' gives three
strings as result, instead of only the first two.
