[fpc-devel]Unix rename

In the 1.1 branch, 
- unit Linux has been renamed to unit Unix. Some very Linux specific 
functions will be moved back to a new unit Linux.
- Support for direct port access under FreeBSD has been added but 
untested. (also via IOPERM). I copied it from the Linux emulator 
though.
- Sysctl support for FreeBSD is currently being investigated.
