[fpc-devel]snapshots for v10 & v11

By popular??? demand, there will be 'dailyish' go32 & win32 v1.0 and v1.1
snapshots (the v1.0 ones are in ftp freepascal.org  /snapshot/v10/go32v2 &
/win32), the v1.1 ones are in their normal places ie /snapshot/go32v2,
win32,linux etc. I've just generated & uploaded the v1.0 snapshots.  

NB v1.1 is sometimes known by developers as main/devel branch & contains
currently lots of quite new code/features for the next release eg v1.2 or
whatever, v1.0.x is known as the fixes branch & is v1.0 functionality, with
fixes, more or less.

NB that there are some problems with the v1.1 snapshots (they do not always
work, see various emails from developers), but please try them & keep
sending the error logs to [devel] so they can be fixed- that's why we have
them! Also send fault reports about the v10 ones, if any - I believe that
they are already in quite a good state!

NBB IT IS NOW EVEN _MORE_ IMPORTANT TO STATE _CLEARLY_ THE VER,DATE, o/s OF
SNAPSHOT YOU ARE USING WHEN YOU SEND FAULT REPORT!!!!!
