Description  :
A run-time library for Free Pascal 2.0.x.  Build it, install it as a usable target RTL, and link kernels to it.  It contains enough code to work with low-level system tables like the GDT, IDT and TSS, as well as the Pascal code necessary to support objects, exceptions, and AnsiStrings inside a kernel.
