Well, the entries both point to the same article so having to choose
after pressing F1 makes no sense.... even if you show categories?
(See the bug tracker issue where the Help selector pops up duplicate
entries)

The categories are already shown in the contents in the treeview (IIRC)
at the left of lhelp.
