[fpc-pascal] fp universal library ?

Ye, today good news for LCL.
I find the guilty. It is => cmem !
I used cmem in all LCL example and fp libraries do not like cmem...

PS: I will do a other topic to note it...

Conclusion : everything is working perfectly.
