[Pas2js] how to create TextHint while not using pas2jswidgets units

If you're talking about the Placeholdre attribute, then I added support for
it in the textinput and textarea widgets, so you can just set

YourWidget.PlaceHolder:='The text you wish to be spoken';

By the way:
