[Pas2js] Cannot build pas2js latest git

I found out what makes the difference: delete fpmake.exe and then make 
compiles the extra utils and fails with the error:

syncobjs.pp(527,64) Error: Incompatible type for arg no. 3: Got 
"Pointer", expected "LongInt"
