[Pas2js] Pas2JS-VSCode

Excellent programmers job. It is good idea to add Pas2js and Object Pascal language support to Visual studio by adding yours extension for Visual studio.

But I Am still very very sad, that I do not know, if you have released yours special GUi creation units for Pas2js.
