[Pas2js] 100 % accessible TTextInputWidget labels

Unfortunately, this do not help. Sure. Screen reader announce label when its
build in virtual wiever feature is being used. But Without this feature
enabled, by only pressing TAB, SHIFT+TAB or arrow key this do not work.
It seems to Me, that there have to be some accessible attribute, I do not
know. I will try to read some materials about it. And I will send you a WEB
page with Javascript or only HTMl page which contain fully accessible
editable fields.
