[Pas2js] Calendar/scheduler support

Iam sorry again...but I have a battle with google for navigate to
https://svn.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/trunk/packages/rtl/scheduler.pas?view=co&root=pas2js
but...just receive this message: 404 Not Found
