[Pas2js] Web Componments

I think it could be an good idea to implement Widgets as Web Components with same Properties they have in Lazarzus Widgetsets.

So it would be possible to exchange the Component-sets just by exchanging an Javascript library or mixing Components and so on.
Since there is actual different effort to create components this could be an easy "Standard".
