[Pas2js] Pas2js 0.9.24

Just to inform:

Currently "Big" language features are on hold.

Reason: This development is sponsored, and first new money must appear. 
When it appears, most likely anonymous functions will be implemented first.

Unless of course Mattias has a sudden stroke of genius and implements it in, 
say, 2 hours or less. Miracles are known to happen... 
The catholic church has a dedicated service for them, after all.
