[Pas2js] Picture serialisation into Pascal

Can you please rename your package and the units in it before continuing to
publish it, so it does not conflict with the lazarus-distributed one ?

You can name yours pas2jswidgetdsgn or pas2jsguidsgn or something like it,
to indicate that it installs/uses a widget set.

My reasons for asking:

1. It's not very nice to 'overwrite' someone else's package.

2. The pas2jsdsgn is intended to operate independent of any "widget" set:
    If I want to create a simple bootstrap website, I don't need your
    functionality, so pas2jsdsgn is all I need.
    So, the 2 packages must co-exist.

If you need help, or you want to reuse some of the code in pas2jsdsgn 
and need some changes to make it available to you, then this can be discussed. 
I will do all I can to help with this.
