[Pas2js] Pas2JS Widget

We did not use CompWriterPas in Pas2JS_Build, we used our implementation. at
the moment this is private.
Widgtes is not dependent on this tool.

Why do we use the Pas2JS_Build precompiler?
We only use stable Lazarus / FPC 1.8.4 dressing (it does not integrate with
PAS2JS compile).
The release cycle of Lazarus / FPC stable versions is a bit long, with
separate precompiler we can add new functionality faster.
We can use, aggregate more than one tool in the pre-compiler, Obfuscator,
Compactor, Embellishments, Template. Others...
