[Pas2js] PAS2JSDSGN project Options

I think the pas2js design package PAS2JSDSGN, have a issue, when setting the
project options. It's difficult to reproduce

Not sure, but it's uncomented
AProject.AddPackageDependency('pas2js_rtl'); 
Target platform:
Target OS: Browser --> Default

The compiler commands:
Execute before: (x) Compile (x) Build (x)run
$MakeExe(IDE,pas2js) -Jirtl.js -Jc -Jminclude -Tbrowser "-Fu$(ProjUnitPath)"
$Name($(ProjFile))

Compiler: 
( ) Compile ( ) Build ( )run

Execute After:
 (x) Compile (x) Build (x)run
