Thanks for your contribution.
I thinked first to publish announce on site OpenNet.ru. But that need 
that FPC release is ready. With this statement expressions.

And with 'type of' operator.
Two good features which deserve the FPC 4.0 release.

And Unicode RTL mode. 3 features deserve 4.0 release.
If you make 4.0 release it is good, thanks.

ps. One bad thing is that OpenNet.ru hates Pascal lang, and don't like 
my CudaText   written in FPC. Most comments are not nice about CudaText, 
and many comments were very stupid about FPC 3.2 release on OpenNet.ru.
Habr.ru is better site.
