[fpc-pascal] Websocket

Sven, great job testing. I have a new patch solving all 36 failures. To do
this cleanly, it made sense to redesign the websocket code somewhat. The
goal was also to keep backwards compatibility and not break existing user
code. Tested on Linux, will send the patch when it is verified also on
windows.
