[fpc-pascal] Arduino project

Hm, if I use the Raspberry Pi instead (e.g. with an SSI/RS-485 hat), I
am on Linux, have excellent FPC support and I don't need to implement
the laptop communications, as I can plug-in a keyboard and portable
display ....
