[fpc-pascal] Preview: New Website layout

New site looks really nice! I was a little surprised that only one of the
"what is possible" sections is a link, because the way the border lights up
makes me think they're all clickable. I would link every single one of
those to the closest wiki page, just so people can dive down.

Also, I love the new logo! :)
