Can you be more precise, please ? 
There are 80 buttons on the page, as far as I can see, they all have aria-label.

Up arrows indicate that what came before is a link to an external site. 
This is common practice these days - see e.g. wikipedia. 
I'll add aria-hidden="true" to them, so they're invisible for screen readers.
