[fpc-pascal] Live pascal - FF/Safari fix.

Hi Michael,
there is some progress in my use case: "Loading units 15/15..." and in
console i see errors:
- Failed to create webassembly. Reason: pas2jsworker.js:5538:17
- Error: no WebAssembly compiler available
