[fpc-pascal] Preview: New Website layout

The new design looks really good. I like it a lot. Well done to everyone who worked on this.

Will the documentation pages be updated to use this design too? I’m hoping that there’ll be full syntax-highlighting for Pascal code examples in the documentation.
