[fpc-pascal] rtl-generics

Seeing the error line (FItems: ^TArray<TItem>;) I think it's fpdoc's
fault.  Seems that it doesn't recognize it as a specialization and gets
confused by finding a '<' character out of place (from it's point of
view).
