[fpc-pascal] What to do to get new users

Mistake. FPC already has good dirs when installed in fpcupdeluxe:

user at pc:~/fpcupdeluxe/fpc$ ls
bin  lib  msg  share  units

So all I need if I use Deluxe, is to make symlink to /usr/bin. Good 
already. What is not good is the default FPC installer which scatters 
dirs here and there.
And 'src' dir is not 'integrated' into FPC installer, it's not good too.
Some macOS users have problems with fpc-src package, it will be solved 
if 'src' will be integrated into installer.
