[fpc-pascal] Error

This line of code generates an error when I attempt to compile it.  I've simplified it here.

Asm  BIC X0, X0, X4End;  
I'm using Free Pascal 3.2.2 for aarch64
the error generated is 
Error:  Syntax error while trying to parse a shifter operand
