[fpc-pascal] Compilation speed on Apple M1

many thanks for this!

To compare performance, is it sufficient to add the FTP=xxx parameter
and point it to the different ppca64 versions?

And should I compile the older source snapshort with the older version,
and today's snapshot with the newer ppca64?

I just want to do the test correctly.
