[fpc-pascal] [OT] Mantis offline

Hello.

Could anyone check if Mantis is online? I've tried to access
http://bugs.freepascal.org now (Fri 10 May 2019 11:30:37 AM BRT), but got
"This site can’t be reached". Some hours ago it was OK.
