This is not consistent with constraints. Should be ";" after T.

And what about following examples?

  	generic TMyRecord1<const T, const U> = record
  	end;

  	generic TMyRecord2<const T; const U> = record
  	end;

  	generic TMyRecord3<const T, U> = record
  	end;

  	generic TMyRecord4<const T; U> = record
  	end;
