Or simply start on the Download page of http://www.freepascal.org (that
goes to https://www.freepascal.org/download.var) and select from there...

If the confusion stems from fpc-3.0.2.source.* versus
fpcbuild-3.0.2.source.* - the latter is for building full releases
(installation packages) and contains a superset of the former for this
reason. See also https://www.freepascal.org/develop.var for more
information about the existing SVN repositories.
