I am trying to run your sample program. I am able to compile it, but when I try to run it I get:

Agg2dconsole.exe - System Error
The Program can't start because freetype.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem

Any ideas?

Indeed, AGG (and AggPas) does a fantastic job and high quality line and text rendering with sub-pixel accuracy.

Here is the output of a fpGUI + AggPas example. Everything seen, is rendered via AggPas’s API - no bitmaps have been used.

Anyway, I hope you find a suitable solution to your problem. I think you have ample choice now. ;-)
