[fpc-pascal] Unable to compile FPC after revision 36407

Hi,

After revision 36407 I got this error trying to compile FPC.

"Compilation of "BuildUnit_rtl_unicode.pp" failed"

My system is Linux x86_64 and I am using FPC 3.0.2  to compile trunk.
