[fpc-pascal] teventobject.create fails with error 161

Sven,
Just a fyi, the mantis bug report form would not let me pick a Severity
<http://bugs.freepascal.org/view_all_set.php?sort=severity&dir=DESC&type=2>
so its showing up as minor.
