When I use:

   generic TLengthHelper<T> = class
     class function GetLength(A: specialize T2DArray<T>): Integer;  // 
<-- HERE I get error "Error: expected ;, but T2DArray found"
   end;

Ok, I will leave "Length" and rename it to "Count" ;-)
