[fpc-pascal] Using Free Pascal Scanner/Parser in Other Projects

Currently, is feasible/possible to use the free pascal's scanner/parser
portions in other projects that needs to perform pascal lexical analysis?
(e.g syntax coloring editors, like SynEdit).
