[fpc-pascal] Mangle name in fpc-FreeBSD ?

Aaaaaargh.

Indeed, the declaration of variable for the library-handle was wrong.
And FreeBSD is more strait than Linux and Windows.

I was focused on GetProcAddress but the bug was in LoadLibrary... ;-( 

Changing --> var lib_handle:TLibHandle=dynlibs.NilHandle;
solves everything, even in FreeBSD.

I am really sorry for all the noise.
But, thanks to you, I am very happy to have learned interesting things about
libraries (dlerror() is a pearl).

Conclusion, all ok for LoadLibrary and GetProcAddress() in FreeBSD too.
