[fpc-pascal] fcl-xml HTML parser

Hello,

today I did a little modification to a tool I wrote some time ago.
To my surprise even the unmodified code produced totally wrong result while the 
old binary did work as intended.
I'm not sure, but I think the old binary was created with fpc < 2.6.4.

Please take a look at the example I attached.
The program parses a very simple HTML file and then dumps the DOM hierarchy, 
which to me look very wrong.

Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong? Is this a bug / regression?
The results are the same for fpc 3.0.0 and fpc 2.6.4.
