[fpc-pascal] [FEATURE REQUEST] New FGL type: TFPGMapObjectData

Hello,

The FGL unit has many very nice classes, but we should add a new type:
TFPGMapObjectData. (or simply TFPGMapObject)

This type is just a list that frees its itens on destroy, similar to the
Delphi `TObjectDictionary` [1].
