[fpc-pascal] Using the LCL without Lazarus

Gentlemen,

I will be gllad to follow your lead to the MSE forum for future discussion, 
however, it will be a few days.  Tragedy has struck our family and I will be 
destracted for at least the next several days.

In the meantime, just for clarification, I am using:

Windows 7, Home edition, 64-bit OS;
Jaws for Windows, (JFW) ver 16;
Non-Visual Desktop Access (NVDA), ver 2016.3

I'll check later for the version and source of my copy of IDEU.
