[fpc-pascal] RTF writer

Hi List.

I am looking for at component that can write RTF format, preferably like 
the TRichMemo:

http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/RichMemo

but without the need for LCL.

In fpc 3.0 there is a RTF reader, but i have not been able to find a writer.
