[fpc-pascal] fppkg compiler upgrade

Hi,

I have fpc 2.6.4 on Linux and "fppkg list" shows the 2.6.4 packages.
Then I install fpc 3.1.1 using "make install".
fppkg still shows the 2.6.4 packages.

What is the proper way of upgrading fppkg?
