[fpc-pascal] TProcess does not work in Windows XP

aaargh !! Thank you Pierre, I did not try that.

I just watched at the console output. Redirecting the pipe shows
command output on windows 7 output.txt and a blank output.txt in
windows xp ! I will write to developer list, then !
