[fpc-pascal] FPC 3.0.0-rc1 release

Just downloaded the non debug version onto my rpi 2. Extracted - 6 files in
/bin, including fpc but it is 2.6.4 not 3.0. Any ideas? Is there a rc1 .gz
anywhere?
