[fpc-pascal] Free Pascal Directories

Conclusion :

Using {$UNITPATH /home/some/*} in the main program DOES NOT WORK !

When using Geany if the directive is added in Set Build Command , COMPILE
line as -Fu/home/some/* it works properly.

Much better than dumping everything into one pot.
