[fpc-pascal] lazarus not reachable

Well,

I cannot subscribe to the lazarus mailing list and I can not enter the 
forums at forums.lazarus.freepascal.org
or www.lazarus.freepascal.org because I can not make an http connection 
to either.

Just keep timing out.
